Terms of use
Ownership and rights transfer
Upon full payment, Azimut-Design.art transfers usage rights to the client for commercial use within the geographic and time scope defined in the quote.
Exclusive client use
Creations are custom-made for the client. Any resale or transfer to third parties is prohibited without prior written consent.
Portfolio right
Azimut-Design.art reserves the right to feature completed creations in its portfolio, unless otherwise specified by the client.
Compliance guarantee
Azimut-Design.art guarantees that delivered creations comply with AI Act requirements and C2PA standards in force at the date of delivery.
